RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from BIOZONE ASIA (NovaXport Solutions).

Books that have already been shipped outside India cannot be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.

For eligible returns within India, goods are returned at the customer’s expense. Returned goods must arrive in their original, unused, and saleable condition. If returned goods are damaged, used, marked, or not in original condition, no credit will be issued.

Unused workbooks in original condition may be considered for full credit within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval. Before returning any goods, customers must contact BIOZONE ASIA to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Returned goods will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued, without an approved RMA number accompanying the returned goods.
