SHIPPING CHARGES

Your shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

BIOZONE ASIA endeavours to have your product on your doorstep within 4-5 working days of your order being placed and paid for. You can find your order details in your Account.

Any taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order contains one or more backordered or out-of-stock items, then we will wait until all products are in stock before dispatching. If you would like a split delivery, please place a separate order for pre-order items. Please note that split delivery will incur additional shipping fees.

If you haven’t received your products within 7 working days of ordering and your tracking details are not working, please contact our Team .
